The 100KM Challenge is a non-competitive, overnight walk/run around the relay track at the Singapore National Stadium, taking place from 14 to 15 March 2026. Join us as we journey through the three phases of Relay For Life — where we CELEBRATE our cancer warriors, REMEMBER our loved ones lost, and FIGHT BACK against the disease together as one united community.
Challengers who complete the 100KM individually or with their teammates will be entitled to a 100KM Finisher T-shirt. Qualify by 8 February 2026, 2359hrs to participate and receive your category entitlements (Event T-Shirt, Relay Pack & E-Cert) – *Relay Pack is available for the first 5,000 registered participants only.

Sign up as an individual or form a Main Team of at least two members to conquer 100KM at the physical event. Each participant must raise a minimum of S$60 to qualify for Relay For Life 2026.
Last day to register and qualify: 8 February 2026, 2359hrs.
We encourage all participants to register early to secure your preferred T-shirt size* and ensure your personal details are confirmed to receive your relay pack*.

Bigger teams can opt to create sub-teams. Sub-teams will be required to complete 100KM each, with a minimum of 3 qualified members. After 8 February 2026, sub-teams who do not meet the minimum fundraising target will participate with the main team. |

Yes, you can register for another account using another email address. However, you will need to fundraise or donate the minimum amount for both accounts to be qualified.Can we complete the 100KM virtually under My Fight Back Challenge and still receive the event entitlement (100KM Finisher T-shirt)?
No. Participants who wish to receive the 100KM Finisher T-shirt must register and qualify for the 100KM Challenge by 8 February 2026, 2359hrs, and be present on event day.Are all team members required to be present at the end of the event to receive the 100KM Challenge Finisher T-shirt?
Not necessary. A representative may collect the entitlements at the end of the 100KM Challenge on behalf of the whole team. Not all team members are required to be present.Are my family and friends allowed to come support me at the event?
We believe that no one fights cancer alone. Thus, we encourage participants to rally their families, friends and colleagues to join and support this meaningful event.
